Start with little cash in a small French town, take in a roommate, and borrow to buy your first property. Renovate it, insure it and rent it out, while loan repayments, maintenance, burglaries and living costs eat into the income. Tenants, evictions, districts, cars and garages, missions and a letterbox full of mail fill out the town, all run by a server-side simulation. A playable engineering build for iOS and Android, with placeholder art.
