The Farm builds most of the apps and games on this site. Each project keeps its backlog in its own repository; a lane takes the next item, runs a Claude Code session on it in an isolated worktree, checks the result with the project’s own tests and lands it on main. When the backlog runs dry or an item gets stuck, a session asks what to do next, and can be answered from anywhere. It runs on a Linux box for anything that builds there and a Mac for Apple builds and signing, with a Windows node on the way. An iPhone, iPad and Mac app — built by the farm itself — starts and stops lanes and joins live sessions, and a Raspberry Pi draws the farm’s state on an e-paper panel.
